Gymcatch is a booking and business-management platform for fitness professionals. This page sets out what Gymcatch publishes about it, so you can decide whether it is worth a trial.
We have not run a studio on Gymcatch. The scores, the free-plan claim, the plan prices and the competitor comparison that used to be here were not backed by anything we can verify, so they have been removed. What follows comes from Gymcatch’s own site, checked on 6 October 2026.
What is Gymcatch?
Gymcatch describes itself as a way to book in-person, live virtual and on-demand fitness, with tools for businesses to manage and grow. Its site lists booking and scheduling, payment processing, membership management, virtual sessions, communication tools and business insights.
It names dance instructors, group fitness instructors, gyms and studios, personal trainers, Pilates instructors and yoga instructors as its audience.
What the pricing page lists
- Web, iOS and Android client apps.
- Unlimited bookings and customers.
- Class and appointment scheduling.
- Livestream and on-demand virtual features.
- Automated wait lists.
- Passes and bundles.
- Payments through GymcatchPay (UK) and Stripe (UK and rest of world).
Add-ons such as memberships, courses (blocks), discount codes, custom waivers and website integration code are listed separately at £2 plus VAT each per month. If you need memberships, price them in.
Pricing
Gymcatch’s pricing page says from £10 plus VAT per month. The first month is free and no credit card is required. Gymcatch says it is a paid monthly service and you can upgrade or remove your account at any time.
Gymcatch supports GymcatchPay, Stripe and GoCardless as payment providers. Check what each charges before you decide, because payment fees are separate from the monthly price.
Who it suits
It looks aimed at independent instructors and small studios that want booking, passes and payments in one place. Larger operators should check multi-site support and reporting directly with Gymcatch, because we have not verified either.
