Biostrap has rebranded as Sensor Bio and now presents its wearable for business and clinical customers, not as a consumer fitness tracker you can simply buy. This page sets out what its site shows so you do not go looking for a product that may no longer be sold to individuals.
We have not worn a Biostrap device. An earlier version of this page claimed a 90-day test, sleep and battery findings, a score and a comparison with Whoop and Garmin. None of that was real, and it has been removed. The details below come from biostrap.com, checked on 6 October 2026.
What the site says now
The Biostrap site carries a banner saying “Biostrap is now Sensor Bio”, linking to sensorbio.com, and its page title describes a “Wearable Health Monitoring Platform For B2B”. It promotes a wearable called Biostrap Kairos, described as a “Wearable for performance and wellness”.
The site lists these measures for Kairos: active and resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), interbeat intervals, sleep analysis, activity metrics and respiratory rate, with up to 9 days of battery life. It uses a “Book a demo” call to action, and we did not find prices or UK shipping details.
What this means for a buyer
The EVO armband that the earlier version of this page described is not shown on the Biostrap site, and we could not confirm that a consumer can still buy one new. If you find an EVO offered by a reseller, check that the app and subscription it needs are still supported.
If you want a consumer recovery tracker, compare current products directly. Our Whoop Band 5.0 review covers one widely used option.
Heart rate variability and sleep scores from any wearable are estimates. They are not a medical measurement, so speak to a GP if you are worried about your heart or sleep.
